Cottage 786 Chandos Lake

Classic cottage on Chandos! This simple cottage features an open kitchen, eating, and living area with three bedrooms behind. To one side of the cottage, there is a small bunkie and the other side has a deck. Steps take you down to the great lakeside living area featuring a large dock and deck along with a room above the boathouse which is available for use. The water is approximately 6 feet deep at the end of the dock and there are weeds as you go out. The owner does rake to keep the weeds clear around the shore and dock as they use it for swimming and floating. The cottage is located just in from County Road 504 and to the side there is a shallow bay that houses a lot of wildlife and there is good fishing directly from the dock, mostly pike. There are lots of water toys for your use. The lakeside area is an excellent location for spending the day lounging at the lake!
