This lovely cottage on Kassahabog lake (Kosh Lake) features and open kitchen and living area. It also features a large master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and a private walkout as well as a large screened in porch with vaulted ceilings overlooking the lake. To the side of the screened in porch is a large deck also overlooking the lake. The cottage itself is built close to the water and there is a easy slope down to the lake where you will find on one side of the shoreline a small sandy area -great for younger children to play and on the other side of the shoreline a large dock and deck. Note from owner: “There are no weeds off the dock …it is very clear…sand bottom ..5′ deep with good water. The property is 225′ wide…I leave the pickerel weed nearest to the beach area and some lily pads … under foot it is clean sand..overall the water quality is very good and weed free.”
Behind the cottage is a large grassy area with badminton net and another great area for kids to run and play. This is a great cottage to relax and enjoy the views from either the screened in porch, large deck or beautiful dock and deck!
