The Main cottage is older and is built very close to the lake for great views. The inter features an open kitchen living and eating area and three bedrooms as well as a three piece washroom all on one level. The Chalet cottage features a large main floor bedroom with walkout to the lot and lake as well as a 3 pc ensuite with washer and dryer. The upstairs features a living dining and kitchen area with walkout to the covered deck overlooking the dock and swimming area. The lot is flat with grassy and treed areas and the cottages are both built close to the lake! The water at the dock and swimming area is a shallow sand entry and slops to approximately 5-6 feet deep at the end of the 20-foot dock. Nice swimming. This is a rare find in cottage country!
