This Ontario cottage rental is located on Chemong Lake, only a 5-minute drive from Bridgenorth or 10-minute drive from Peterborough! The cottage itself is nicely furnished and decorated and has a large deck overlooking the lake as well as a nice patio on the back of the cottage. The lot is flat and grassy- great for kids to run and play and the water is a shallow sandy entry across the shoreline for approx. 15 feet out feet out where it becomes more of a clay bottom and lily pads begin to grow. The water at the end of the 24-foot dock is approx. 3-4 feet deep. Renters may also use the owner’s large sandy beach at his place next door as well as hockey area, basketball net and trampoline which is located at the back end of both properties-see picture.
The lot is professionally landscaped and maintained and there is a great built-in campfire pit and patio at the lake for you to enjoy. This is a great spot, with easy access and close to amenities!
