To the one side of the kitchen are 2 bedrooms and a washroom and to the other side the family room and the master bedroom with 4 pc washroom with stand-alone glass shower. There are walkouts to the large deck with glass rails overlooking the lake and the lot is landscaped to perfection with a very large stone patio with built-in campfire pit, a large deck at the lake with hot tub, sauna and screened gazebo as well as a beautiful rock waterfall! From this deck, there is the dock which is 48 feet long. Entry into the water is from the end of the dock with swim ladder and the water at the end of the dock is approximately 8-10 feet deep with nice swimming. This is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy outdoor living with all the luxurious comforts!
