The cottage is approximately 800 sq.ft., has three bedrooms, a small kitchen and a living room with view to the lake. The living room has a walkout to the deck overlooking the lake (wider rails be mindful of children). The water is a shallow clay, sand, rock entry and slopes to deeper water further out. The cottages faces west for those summer sunsets over the water.
