Property Description

This Ontario cottage rental is located on the narrows bridging Wollaston Lake and Long Lake approx. 25 min from Apsley and 10 min. to Coe Hill. It is perfect for canoeing on both lakes and for swimming. The interior features an open concept kitchen, eating area and living room with vaulted ceiling, skylights and large windows. There are three bedrooms and a washroom all on a main level with a sunken living room area. There is a large deck and a screened porch off the master bedroom. The lot slopes down to the lake where you will find a natural shoreline and an opening to the floating dock and water. The water is a stone shallow entry and slopes to deeper water further out, nice for wading or swimming-clean and clear. This is an ideal location for people who enjoy the outdoors and privacy!
