This Ontario cottage rental is located on Georgan Bay approx. 5 min. from the Town of Parry Sound. The interior features an open kitchen, living and dining room with three bedrooms off to the side (all one level). There is a 4 pc. washroom and the master bedroom has a 2pc. ensuite along with a sliding door walkout to the deck. There is also a sliding door walkout from the dining room to the deck. The lot is elevated from the cottage to the water and there are steps and paths down to the lake. Between the cottage and lake, it is mainly treed. The water is approx. 2 feet deep at entry, firm sand/clay bottom, and slopes to approx. 15 feet deep at the end of the dock
