This Ontario cottage rental is located on Wollaston Lake approximately 5 minutes from Coe Hill and 20 minutes to Apsley. The interior features an open kitchen, dining and living area with three bedrooms behind. The cottage is nicely appointed with country decor and furnishings. From the living area there is a sliding door walkout to the large deck. Part of the deck is covered and to the side of the deck is the screened porch, also accessed from the kitchen. There is a small grassy area around the deck – no rails, deck is approx. 2 feet above the grassy area. The lot is elevated with a forest floor pathway down to the lake. (The front of the deck is approximately 6 feet away from the beginning of the slope). There is a grassy open area at the lake and dock. The water is approximately 1.5 feet deep at entry and slopes to approximately 5 feet deep at the end of the dock. The shoreline is rocky with a sand to soft bottom. This is a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy cottage country -the beautiful views from the deck and a screened porch!
