ThisOntario cottage rental is located on Oak Lake approx. 25 min from Havelock and 30 min. from Apsley. The interior features a bright open concept kitchen, dining room and living room with large windows looking out to the lake and a sliding door walkout to the large deck. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 washrooms on this level. The master bedroom has a large picture window with a great lakeview and a 3pc. ensuite. The finished lower level has a sliding door walkout to the lake and large picture windows. There is also a TV room and another living room here. The sliding door walkout takes you to the covered deck and hot tub with excellent lake views!
The lot behind the cottage has a flat grassy open area and then woods and the lot from the cottage to the water is grassy and open with trees along the sides for privacy.
The lot is a bit sloped at the water’s edge. The water is a shallow sandy entry approx. 1 foot deep and slopes to approx. 5 feet deep at the end of the dock. This is a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy cottage country with privacy and all the amenities!
