Privacy at its best! This Stoney Lake cottage is situated on a 22-acre flat grassy lot. The lot used to be a landing strip for small aircraft, now a great huge grass field for kids to run and play, play baseball or football or enjoy wildlife viewing- lots of deer in the area! With 22 acres and 319 feet of shoreline, this cottage offers tremendous privacy! The cottage is a ranch style bungalow with two bedrooms and three washrooms on the main floor, as well as two living rooms each with fireplace and satellite TV and an open kitchen and dining area.  The lower level features three bedrooms – two of which have ensuites, and there is a walkout to the car park area and large back grassy field. There is a large deck on both sides of the cottage with patio furniture and you also have your own private boat launch. The dock is 48 feet long and the water is a shallow sand and clay entry and the owners maintain a small area around the dock, after that it is a soft bottom and there are weeds. A quick paddle or kayak takes you out to “Indian Island”- a popular island where cottagers go swimming and Quarry Bay Beach with a spectacular sandy beach is only a 5-minute drive away if desired. There is also a campfire area near the dock. This is a great spot for those wish to enjoy a private setting with a huge lot for outdoor activities while still being close to amenities and all that Stoney Lake has to offer
