This Stoney lake cottage rental is located on the south side of Davis Island, a short 5 minute boat ride from Carveths Marina. The cottage features an open kitchen dining and living area with a large screened room overlooking the lake. The cottage itself is built close to the lake providing for great views. There are three bedrooms and a three piece washroom behind the living area. The cottage lot is flat and grassy with many activities for children to enjoy (see features section of listing). The area around the dock is relatively weed free (there may be some weeds) and is approximately 5 feet deep. This is where the owners and their children swim. Island taxi service is available at Carveths Marina and one parking spot is included (2 cars can fit if pulled in behind each other). Boat rentals are available at Habour Town -see link below, beside Carveths Marina. This cottage is a great location for families and children with lots to keep the kids happy and busy!
