Cottage 190 Stoney Lake

This Stoney Lake cottage rental is located on the south side of Davis Island, a short 5-minute boat ride from Carveths Marina. The cottage features an open kitchen dining and living area with a large screened room overlooking the lake. The cottage itself is built close to the lake providing for great views. There are three bedrooms and a four piece washroom. The master bedroom is located on the main floor with its own sliding door walkout and the other two bedrooms are in the open loft overlooking the living room below. The area around the dock does have weeds, but the owners still swim here and rake the area as much as possible. It is approximately 5 feet deep thirty feet from the end of the dock   This is where the owners and their children swim. A 9 hp boat and motor are included in the rental. The cottage owner has also arranged for 1 trip to be included from the marina to get you to the cottage and 1 return trip to pick you up at check out time. Island taxi service is also available at Carveths Marina and one parking spot is included (2 cars can fit if pulled in behind each other).
