    Property Description

    This cottage on Upper Stoney Lake in the Kawarthas is located approximately 25 minutes from the Village of Lakefield and 25 minutes from the Town of Apsley. The interior features an open kitchen, dining and living room with 3 bedrooms behind the living area. There is a sliding door walkout for both the master bedroom and living room to the large deck overlooking the lake. The cottage is built close to the water offering gorgeous long lake views up Stoney Lake and beautiful sunsets! The lot is flat and grassy -great for kids to run and play and the water is a shallow sandy/clay entry for a long ways out. Approximately 150 feet out from shore the water is approximately 6 feet deep where weeds may begin to grow. This is a lovely spot close to amenities with easy access, flat grassy lot and shallow sandy entry in which to enjoy cottage country.
