Cottage 162 Stoney Lake

This Ontario cottage rental is located on Stoney Lake approximately 20 minutes from the Village of Lakefield. The cottage itself although a bit older has been nicely decorated and furnished. The interior features an open living room and dining room with kitchen behind. There are three bedrooms to the side of the dining room with the master bedroom having a walkout to the deck overlooking the lot and lake. There is also a guest bunkie with two singles and a bunk bed. The lot from the driveway to the cottage is a bit steep; however, the lot from the cottage to the lake is flat and grassy with a sandy area for kids to play. There is also a large dock along the shoreline and the owners also own the island to the right of the lot where you can go and enjoy a picnic or relax in the sun with an island all to your own.
The water to the side of the dock is a shallow rock/sand entry and slopes to approximately 4 feet out at the end of the dock. A lot like this with an island included as well is a rare find!! This is a nice spot to relax in the area of your choice -the deck, screened gazebo, the large dock or your private island!
